THE FILM

Júlia, a celebrated cellist, receives a diagnosis of fibromyalgia after years of unexplained pain. As she fights to continue performing, her relationship with music becomes a struggle with her own body.

THE MUSIC

As a musician, scoring a film about a cellist felt especially personal. I wrote an expansive Romantic theme to sit alongside the music of Dvořák and Saint-Saëns.
